Notes - This 🍶 is a special release by Mimurosugi to pay homage to the late Tatsugoro Takagi San, the former President of famed Juyondai 十四代, which is instrumental to the cultivation of Sake Mirai 🌾. As in-depth sake connoisseurs are aware, Sake Mirai 酒未来🌾 was developed and contracted by Juyondai in 1999 and it took 18 years to hybrid Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki. Currently only a few breweries are allowed to use this 🌾 including Mimurosugi and Glorious Mount Fuji.

Smooth and gentle in the mouth with massive tropical fruits exploding with every sip. Just like sucking on fruit loops. Low acidity and well balanced makes this 🍶 so easy to drink. Medium sweet taste means is good as the first bottle of the night so as to enjoy every bit of it before the taste of food comes in to meddle with the 🍶. Easy enough to drink without any pairing and will be a hit amongst 🍶 lovers of all profiles.

Although I didn’t pair it with any food, I would have gone with white fish sashimi or even a nice umeshu aged castella 🍰 as I think the explosive fruity aroma from the 🍶 will be just nice to add another layer of subtlety sweetness to the dish. Another awesome release by Mimurosugi. 👏 👏 👏
