Koueigiku Snow Crescent
ABV: 15%; Rice: Yamadanishiki
Origarami - Like a nigori, not a nigori?
The bottle popped like a champagne. The sake had a slight sour-ish ricey flavor, refreshing and a long dry finish that stuck at the back of my mouth/throat.
Slight effervescent (not as much as champagne or sparkling sake).
Best drank cold as the sour notes can get overpowering as its temperature goes up.
