This sake was created as part of a project called Sengoku Arcadia, a series of 47 sakes paying tribute to the famous warriors of the 47 prefectures of medieval Japan. The label features Byakkotai, drawn by the famous manga artist Reiji Matsumoto.
This bottle was described to be clean and slightly dry. However we found it on the sweet side. It’s light and makes for easy drinking.
