Overall - Tried a chilled 300ml of this 🍶 while dining at a restaurant. First nose of this 🍶 is an aromatic smell of hot steam 🍚 with strong alcohol. Despite being a Karakuchi 辛口 Ginjo type of 🍶, the taste is light and the length is short. Really unlike those typical 辛口 type of 🍶 that usually leaves your throat and back of your mouth with a dry and bitter aftertaste. The light body makes it well balanced and rounded. I paired it with cheeseburger rolls and 四川辣子鸡. The dryness of the 🍶 actually helps to reduce the heat from the 🌶 🐓 which IMO actually makes the dish more tasty as it does not make the mouth numb with spiciness which usually happens with such a dish but actually allowing me to taste the fragrant of the 🐓. As it is a 辛口🍶, it goes really well with all the fried food that I’m pairing with. Overall, this is a good 🍶.
