Can we all appreciate how cute this is?! Loved this sake. It was sweet with lots of tropical fruit aromas and felt even sweeter over time - which is surprising because the SMV is +4. It also didn’t taste like a Genshu at all. Instead it was sweet and lovable just like the Shiba label.
