Jigger and Pony has been a staple for cocktail lovers in Singapore since 2012 and has been steadily climbing up the ladder of Asia’s and the world’s best bars since. Recently ranked $12 on 50 Best Bars (and rightly so!),

Jigger and Pony has a swanky aesthetic and a sleek decor. Their magazine-like menu is a total treat to read through; it captures the creativity and distinctiveness of each cocktail and serves as a simple guide for one to figure out what concoction aligns best with their preferences.

To top it all off, the bar staff here have always been extremely attentive and chatty and are more than happy to tweak the drinks according to your preferences!

Here’s what we ordered:

🥂Sakura Martini: Roku Gin, Sake Vermouth, Sakura Leaf Essence, Merlet Creme de Peche

A potent mix, yet one that is refreshing because of the floral aftertaste of the Sakura essence. Served with an actual Sakura flower, the flower gradually expands when immersed in the drink and is an absolutely stunning sight to witness!

🥂Espresso Martini: Grey Goose Vodka, Espresso, Coffee Flower Honey, Cacao Tuile

🥂Pencillin: Smokey Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, Ginger, Honey, Lemon.

Although this tipple has all the components of a whiskey sour, the overpowering taste of the ginger, honey and lemon combination adds a unique and addicting zing!
