The World’s 50 Best Bars for 2021 have been announced!

The list was compiled from the votes of over 600 participants worldwide, including drinks writers, bartenders, and cocktail experts, who visited the bars from March 2020 to September 2021. One key consideration this year, was the pandemic's limitation on travel, therefore voters could solely vote for bars in their home country instead of having to vote for at least three international bars out of their total seven ranked choices, a requirement in previous years.

This year, a total of 20 winners came from Asia, 17 from Europe, 11 from North and South America, and 2 from the Emirates.
