Stollen stout - @brickbreweryse15 . Not one I've seen on tap anywhere, this came from @craftbeercosw9 . I'm a big fan of both stout and the Christmas Stollen but this recipe, listing fruit peel, spices, amaretto and more led to a beer that whilst pleasant and drinkable, had a powerful overall herbal/minty taste and little of the warmth or subtle spiciness you'd expect from a Christmas brew.
