It’s no Guinness Draught, but I ended doing an unintentional 2-stage pour because I had to attend to a domestic emergency. Also, the amount of head it was already developing was causing me some alarm.
I enjoyed the end result nonetheless. Snug offers a delightfully tasty balance of roasted malt, dark coffee, chocolate, and bitterness. Just the right drink to have with some stew and bread I was having for lunch, and it’s made me curious about what experiments I could do at home with cans of The Black Stuff purchased from my local supermarket.
