Haven't had this in a while - it was one of the first coffee stouts I tried back in University. A bit carbonated and not as thick as I remembered it to be, but still extremely drinkable with an intense roasted coffee aftertaste. There's a reason why they serve this in pints compared to the imperial stouts at some places.
To be honest, one can seldom go wrong with hitachino. They always have solid, tasty, quality brews.
