Fruity Party, Sour, Samata Brewing Company

Fruity Party | Samata Brewing Company
Smoothie Sour | ABV 4.0%

Pours rather thick, a orange-pink hue, loaded with plenty of passion fruit, strawberry, pink guava and vanilla creaminess. Not much of an aroma to it but I get fresh pink guava juice first, followed by tomato and carrot juice, then the bloody mary spice at the end. Pulpy passion fruit flesh all round, very full-bodied. Subtle creamy, so it's not like a milkshake smoothie but just a very fruit-forward one like juice. The fruits coat your mouth, and they stick/linger around. Like chewy corn candy and hawthorn wafers!

Could go either way - stick a celery in and have it like a Bloody Mary, or blend in more fruits and you'd get a healthier 'juice'!
