So smooth, so sweet, this is one dangerous imperial stout. Gotta sip this one chilled because the plum notes get evidently stronger when it warms up and I'm not a huge fan of big plum/raisins flavours in stouts. I get liquorice and vanilla undertones, specifically Tonka beans - perhaps that's where I got almond and nutty notes too.
