Wine Reviews

Manzone Le Gramolere Barolo (Nebiolo)

Opened about 4 hours earlier to air.

On the nose, roses, floral, dried fruits, fragrant bouquet, baking spice, licorice, dried cherry. Quite aromatic.

On the palate, black cherries and fruits, plums, dried fruits and raisins, licorice, spice, baking spice, star anise, clove, ending with grassy herbs, elegant and structured tannins. Actually accessible and very enjoyable.

93/100.

2013 is a stellar year.
