Nose: leafy and viney, develops into a bouquet of fruit and then becomes salty.
Palate: initial palate is sweet and sour plums, mid palate is dry, has a small punch, very dry grape juice, quite fruity sweet, like dried red fruits in a jerky fashion.
Finish: short to medium, dry, honey, white sugar.
Also quite sweet, much better than the other Owner's Casks I've had before. This one tastes like fruit jerky though, a variety of fruity sweet flavors, but not too strong and no emphasis on any one fruit. Does taste like other whiskies in the fruit range though. Quite nice.
