From the same Vintage Malt Whisky Company that brought us Finlaggan, The Ileach, and Islay Storm, comes the Cooper's Choice, their single cask selection line.

Nose: very sweet, honey on darkened toast, vanilla gets much stronger with time, light fruits. Very like a grain whisky.

Palate: well bodied, a boring kind of sweet similar to boiled old/retired lychee, low levels of burnt brown sugar, and cherry cough syrup combined.

Finish: short to medium, hints of vanilla.

Disappointing. Has a strange sweetness that wasn't too sweet, misnomeric. Smelt like a grain, but tasted more like cherry cough syrup. Not a fan, but I shouldn't have expected much from a young grain. Seems like Port Dundas is quite hard to find out there... and there seems to be no consistent Chinese name for the brand either. Had this at Bar Butler, Hong Kong.
