As an aside, I find Makers Cask Strength and Private Selection dangerously easy, fun drinking. When you’re having some ECBP or A’bunadh, etc., you constantly are aware how potent the whisky you’re drinking is. But Makers? It’s just cheerfully happy to hum along right around 110 proof, and before you know it, you’re in far deeper waters than you intended.
