Do you have a bottle, or bottles, that aren’t Christmas/holiday releases per se, but the flavor profiles scream Yuletide? Every year I seem to find a bottle like that in late spring or early summer, and this year ECBP A121 is that bottle for me. For months I’ve described this as “B520 that went to pastry school,” and I stand by that description. There’s just so much creme brûlée and heavy caramel goodness in this one.
