On April 10th, Manhattan teams up with three other top Singapore bars – Jigger & Pony, 28HKS, and Nutmeg & Clove – for an evening dubbed "The Big Four." Think of it as a summit meeting of Singapore's cocktail royalty. Each bar gets its own zone within the Manhattan space, so you'll have a chance to sample the signature styles of these award-winning establishments all under one roof. Esteemed mixologists like Aki Eguchi from Jigger & Pony and Lucas Kaufmann from 28HKS will be on hand to create their magic, alongside Manhattan's own Zana Mohlmann. This is a unique opportunity to compare and contrast the approaches of these innovative bars, and to discover your new favourite tipple.

Next up on the calendar is a chance to experience a taste of the US capital's acclaimed cocktail scene. Allegory, helmed by Beverage and Creative Director Deke Dunne, has been making waves, raking in accolades including a spot on North America's 50 Best Bars list and recognition for its cocktail menu at Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. For one night only on April 12th, Manhattan Bar will be transformed into an Allegory pop-up. Expect a selection of Deke's signature creations, likely featuring unexpected flavor combinations and house-made infusions, alongside spirits from Michter's, Farmer's Gin, and Siete Misterios Mezcal. This is a golden opportunity to experience award-winning American mixology without leaving Singapore.

On the 14th, Manhattan Bar collaborates with the highly-regarded JAAN by Kirk Westaway, a two Michelin-starred restaurant (#53 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024) known for its focus on modern British cuisine with global influences. This special evening promises a unique fusion of culinary artistry. Chef Kirk Westaway and Manhattan's Head Bartender Zana Mohlmann have curated a five-course tasting menu where each dish is paired with a bespoke cocktail. Expect to see classic British ingredients like smoked salmon, cured meats, and perhaps even quintessential desserts reimagined with a modern twist, all complemented by innovative cocktails that use these same elements or draw inspiration from British spirits and drinking traditions. This is a night for adventurous palates who appreciate the art of pairing food and drinks.

Get ready for a taste of Latin America on the 17th! Agite Club, the brainchild of award-winning bartender Raiza Carrera, takes center stage for an energetic pop-up experience. Raiza's career has taken her through the vibrant bar scenes of Lima, Buenos Aires, and Barcelona, and her innovative cocktails reflect this global perspective. She's partnering with Orientalist Spirits for this special night, and you can expect a selection of her signature creations, each priced at $25++. These are likely to showcase her signature style, which is known for its unique blend of fresh ingredients, bold flavor combinations, and unexpected twists on classic cocktails. Be prepared to be surprised and delighted!.

Then, on the 24th, it's time for the grand blow-out! Manhattan uncorks its archive for a night of unlimited cocktails ranging from past favorites to brand-new East47 creations. DJs, canapés...this sounds like a full-on bash.

East47: The Party Within The Party

And just when you thought the party was over, Manhattan's also launching 'East47', a super-exclusive cocktail bar hidden within the main bar. Think hushed tones, rare spirits, a Warhol-inspired artistic vibe...it sounds like the ultimate insider's spot. East47 is a bespoke, invite-only experience.

To kick off East47's residency, Aussie bartender Millie Tang takes the helm (25 April – 4 May). Known for her bold creations, this promises to set a high bar for future guest bartenders.
