Raifuku JG Aifune 206 (Halloween 2023) 🦇🎃

Aifune 206 was made from Aiyama rice and the sake was brewed with carnation flower yeast.
Halloween is well over but it shouldn’t stop me from having a good sake. Aromas of muscat and banana on the nose. 🍇🍌(Wasn’t able to catch any floral🌼notes but I’m guessing there was…🫣)
A very well-balanced sake which has a peach🍑, pineapple🍍 and lychee on the front with some notes of black pepper. An off-dry finished accompanied with a good acidic finish. Definitely a fully-bodied, juicy sake enjoyable even on it’s own. 😋
