Notes - Brewed with a local Aomori 🌾 named Hanaomoi, which is developed by cross breeding Yamadanishiki and Hanafubuki. This 🍶 went through half a year of storage and maturation in the brewery before distribution. Full and rounded in the mouth with clear fruity aroma displaying ginjo characteristics. Lots of complexity and yet delicate and elegant on the palate. Some spiciness can be felt that derives from the acidity and ending with a bitter dry aftertaste that resembles drinking a 🍋 bitters soda.

This 🍶 will pair very well with fresh seafood such as 🍤, 🦞, scallops, shellfish and white fishes that are either sashimi, boiled, stir fried or grilled with little or no seasoning. This will allow the slightly lemony flavor from the 🍶 to infuse with the natural sweetness of the seafood and elevate the freshness of the seafood to another level. It must also be drunk chilled to enjoy every drop of the Ginjo characteristics. This 🍶 is also easy enough to drink on its own. Definitely another awesome lineup from one of my favorite brewery.
