Overall - This 🍶is made from Gohyakumangoku 🍚and helmed from Niigata prefecture which is the home of Gohyakumangoku. As this is a Cho Karakuchi Junmai, the 💪 alcohol and steam rice aroma is very distinctive. Having a hint of soya sauce fragrance also makes it medium umami. The medium length and body makes it a well balanced sake🍶. I had it chilled at 13🌡 and pairing it with a nice piece of home cooked tenderloin with mash and vegetables. The 🍶enhances the flavor of the meat which was only lightly seasoned with 🧂 and pepper. Next time I will try having the 🍶warm to taste the difference. Overall this is considered as a good 🍶.
