Isojiman Junmai Daiginjo Akizu-Tsuneda

Akizu area in Hyogo prefecture known as the best area where the top of Yamada Nishiki grown. Tsuneda is the top AAA Yamada Nishiki produced from Akizu area. Which Is the top grade of Yamada Nishiki rice.

Notes of sugar cane and the popular crown melon which is from Shizuoka prefecture too. Silky texture, smooth and well balanced, slight sourness goes with it and rounded umami at the end.
