Probably one of the most “premium” sakes that I’ve chanced upon at @interriceasia ‘s warehouse sale. The only one I’ve ever gotten that came in a nice wooden box.
I can still remember it being described as biting through a nashi pear, experiencing the slight bitterness of the skin and into the sweet, refreshing flesh of the pear.
This sake leans towards the sweet and easy side. A bottle good one it’s own.
Personally, one of the more value-for-money sakes out there, especially with it’s polishing ratio.
