Brewed with Aramasa’s signature No. 6 yeast, this bottle was full of juicy green apples. It was both sweet and sour with a high acidity. There were so many flavours going on it was like a fruit party in my mouth. The fact that it’s nama (unpasteurized) gave it a nice sizzle too.
