Notes - At Toshimori Shuzo, they have a belief that “Sake Brewing Starts with Growing 🌾“ and to brew good sake, good 🌾 is essential. Hence their sake is only brewed with Karube Omachi 🌾 which is also known as “Phantom 🌾” because they are vulnerable to strong winds and pests as they can grow up to 1.8m tall. Clean and simple in the mouth with mild acidity. Aromatic ginjo notes of various tropical fruits such as 🍉 and 🍐.
Only managed to pair with 🦐 crackers as this 300ml bottle was purchased just as a casual drink over snacks. However I have to say it does make good combination with the 🦐 crackers as it enhance the umaminess of the crackers and yet at the same time removing the oily feeling from it. In my opinion, this sake is ideal to go with most snacks and seasoned pickles.
Overall, this is a good sake. 🍶🍶🍶
