Coy Hill is the highest point at Tennessee's Jack Daniel's distillery - specifically this expression is aged on the middle floors of Barrelhouse 8, which is said to deliver "a distinct taste and well-rounded flavor at a wide range of proofs".
The expression indicatively is listed as having an 80 Proof or 40% ABV. Although it remains to be seen if this is confirmed or simply a placeholder.
