Isle of Harris Gin Unveils New Annual Collector's Edition With Machair Green Ceilidh

Outer Hebridean distillery Isle of Harris has launched another one of their annual limited-edition gins, this time inspired by the region's wild coastal grasslands.
Marking the fourth release in the yearly Cèilidh Bottle series, each annual edition is designed to capture a unique color and mood inspired by the island’s natural palette. This year's expression comes in a rich green colour, inspired by the island machair (a rare, wild coastal grassland) that appear across the Outer Hebrides each summer.
Hand-crafted over several months by potter Rupert Blamire, each 350ml ceramic bottle has subtle variations that make every piece entirely unique. The bottle is also specifically designed to be displayed, refilled and reused long after the gin has finished.
To celebrate the launch, the distillery is asking its community to share their creative bottle-upcycling ideas on Instagram. The team will pick their favorite submission to win this year's exclusive Cèilidh Bottle.

The distillery recommends the gin be served in a signature Kelp & Cucumber Collins—a bright, refreshing cocktail that echoes the bottle’s green tones. It features the distillery's signature sugar kelp, sustainably harvested from local sea lochs to complement the gin's maritime character.
A 900 bottles of the Machair Green Cèilidh will be available to purchase from 18 June at an MSRP of £53 (US$71). with 400 released for general sale online across the UK. A further 500 are available exclusively from the distillery shop in Tarbert.
