Chivas Regal Unveils Crystalgold, It's First Ever Clear Spirit, With Charles Leclerc As Global Ambassador

Chivas Regal has announced the global launch of its new expression: Chivas Regal Crystalgold, which marks the first time the brand has released a clear spirit. To achieve this clear spirit, Crystalgold was created through a bespoke filtration process that strips colour from oak-aged whisky while retaining flavour.
The new release is intended to offer an elevated alternative to traditional clear spirits, combining the ease of a clear spirit with the complex flavor and depth of an oak-aged one.
According to the brand, fans can expect nose notes of apple pie, vanilla fudge, creamy butterscotch and hints of orange zest, followed by a palate of sweet red apples, juicy pears and warming hints of cinnamon and ginger.


The launch is helmed by Chivas Regal Global Brand Ambassador and F1 driver, Charles Leclerc, whose innovative mindset and pursuit of excellence is said to mirror the ethos behind Chivas Regal Crystalgold, according to the brand.
Charles Leclerc and Chivas Regal have also teamed up to create the 'Crystalgold Spritz', a modern twist on a timeless favourite. The creation blends citrus, elderflower, and mint, and elevated by Champagne and Chivas Regal Crystalgold.
