I definitely earned this today! And I now can’t wait for Friday to swing along.... it’s been a gruelling week at work!

I used :
40ml Test Valley gin @wessexspirits
60ml homemade lime juice
10ml homemade cinnamon, star anise and blueberry syrup
A dash of orange bitters.
Garnished with a blue pea flower

Quite happy with how this turned out! Light and easy with room to have more 😜
