here’s another one !! A tropical twist of the Irish classic! With the base spirit being steeped in pineapple and the addition of 7 other botanicals ranging from bergamot orange, lime, juniper, lemongrass, Angelica root, coriander and rosemary, this gin is totally a vibrant one. Sweet and citrusy on the nose and palate with a clear and distinct taste of pineapple (naturally!!) and lemongrass. I would serve this up with chilled ice, neat.
