Such an intriguing release. To me, this is a juniper forward classic dry style gin with traditional Thai botanicals blended in. This definitely showcases lemongrass prominently and finishes with a warm peppery feel. Loved the bright, vibrant flavour of this gin especially in a good ol’ fashioned G n T... take me back to Thailand please!!
