Here we are at the last day of #GinADayMay2021 with the prompt ‘Secret’.
Took me a while to figure out how to showcase this prompt and finally decided to feature the @ironballsofficial gin which highlights a SECRET recipe of South East Asian ingredients which include ginger, lemongrass, pineapple and juniper. The other botanicals which go into the ensemble are still very much a SECRET!
A total fruity funk on the nose, it citrusy to taste with ginger and lemongrass lurking at the peripherals. Perfect with soda, a slice of pineapple and basil.
I was lucky enough to visit the distillery three years ago, with some friends.... it’s a fab place. Needless to say, it was one good night!
