A Friday evening well spent... a virtual tour of Isle of Harris Distillery, through LMDW Sg. This gin has been one of our favourites for a while. From the use of sugar kelp, to the rest of botanicals and the distillation process itself, Peter from the distillery took us on a virtual tour. Truly a stunning place. One thing that really resonated was the phrase ‘Esse Quam Videri’ embossed at the bottom of the bottle, which simply means ‘Be yourself’. This probably explains the attraction to the gin and bottle itself!
