Steinlager Pure

Apparently this is supposedly pretty popular in NZ but I've never heard of it and hence never tried it before. This beer probably ain't new to someone who's an All Black's fan though as they have been sponsoring since 1986. Thanks to my buddy @roger.ngwx who passed me this one about 2 plus months back, I'm able to try this now and reminisce the good times when travelling was still easily possible and road trips were so much fun in the hobbit land.

Poured with a solid gold body, the out of the fridge first mouth was sweet. It's clearly malt dominant, hops light and light bodied. It is also slightly dry on the mouth.

There's actually 5 different versions for their lager and would be really interesting to be able to try them all in one setting just to do a taste test on the differences. 😊
