On the pour, huge whiffs reminiscent of a pastry shop; vanilla, coconut and white chocolate? Also canned peaches with some tartness. Taste is mainly coconut and peaches with some subtle tannins. Nicely sweet with some mild lime tartness. Finish is a lingering coconut. Texture is fantastic, not Omnipollo but it's REALLY thick and bubbly.
