Pastry Sour | ABV 7.0%

Pours a thin rosy-pink hue, nose of pulpy berries (raspberries & blueberries), not super tart or sweet, just the right balance for a casual sour today. Got the base of nuttiness and creaminess from the almonds and marzipan.

Tastes like a freshly baked mixed berry pie (without the warm baked element of course) with a dollop of fresh cream/vanilla bean ice cream.
