Tipperary:

This cocktail has appeared with different specs in many cocktail books including Harry Craddock’s ‘Savoy Cocktail Book.’ Craddock used equal parts. The recipe I made was an adaptation by the folks at @diffordsguide.

1.5oz IRISH WHISKEY (@keepersheartwhiskey)
1oz SWEET VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
1/2oz GREEN CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse1605)
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with orange peel and cherry
