Thirsty Monk:
A recipe that specifically calls for Genepy. I’ve only seen it used as a substitute for Green Chartreuse, for which it is a decent choice. I recommend having some in your bar either way.

1/2oz BENEDICTINE (@benedictineliqueur)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
6 dashes PEYCHAUDS BITTERS (@peychaudsaperitivo)

•Double strain into chilled nick and nora
•Garnish with lemon peel
