This cocktail was created in San Francisco by bartender @alling_oop in 2013. It is named after the Capitol city of Trinidad, the home of Angostura Bitters. Read the recipe and you’ll see why. This is a fabulous cocktail.

3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
