This piña colada riff was created in San Diego at Polite Provisions. It is a tasty as it sounds.

1.5oz GREEN CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse1605)
1.5oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4oz CREAM OF COCONUT (@coco.lopez.usa)
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
—————
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Strain over crushed ice in collins glass
•Garnish with mint bouquet
