This riff on the classic ‘Martinez’ adds some excitement with rum. Though I wish it had been named the Edgar Martinez. Especially considering this comes from book ‘Portland Cocktails.’ Some PNW love would be cool.

1oz SWEET VERMOUTH (@cocchi1891)
10 drops ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
3 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
4 drops ABSINTHE

•Combine ingredients in a stirring glass with a lime peel
•Stir and strain over large rock or ice
•Garnish with lemon peel
