Painkiller:

Like the Dark ‘N Stormy, the name Painkiller is trademarked. You must use Pusser’s Rum. Also, the higher quality cream of coconut you use the better. I recommend Coco Lopez.

3oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
1oz COCONUT CREAM (@coco.lopez.usa)
1oz FRESH ORANGE JUICE
NUTMEG

•Freshly squeeze juices from orange and pineapple
•Combine ingredients and shake 5-10 seconds
•Strain over crushed ice
•Grate fresh nutmeg on top
•Garnish with pineapple fronds and umbrella
