This Old Fashioned variation comes from Varnish bartender Mikki Kristola. I’m a sucker for anything with Peychaud’s so this one was a hit.

1/2oz MARASCHINO LIQUEUR (@luxardoofficial)
2 dashes PEYCHAUD’S BITTERS(@peychaudsaperitivo)
2 dashes ABSINTHE

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with orange peel and cherry
