Oaxaca Old Fashioned:

A great recipe from @deathandcompany. This drink has become not just a top 10, but maybe even a top 3 for me. I implore you to try it.

1.5oz REPOSADO TEQUILA (@tresagaves)
1/2oz MEZCAL (@delmagueymezcal)
3 dashes BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
One barspoon AGAVE SYRUP

•Pour bitters, tequila, and mezcal over large rock of ice in rocks glass
•Fill a barspoon with agave syrup and use the spoon to stir the drink
•With a lit match, heat the exterior of an orange peel
•Squeeze the peel into the flame to ignite the oils over the top of the drink
•Garnish with said orange peel
