Aperol Margarita:

My wife sent me this cocktail from @thats.thespirits. She has now either drank or tasted dozens of the cocktails I’ve made and this one is her very favorite. You be the judge!

2oz BLANCO TEQUILA (@milagrotequila)
1oz APEROL (@aperolusa)
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP

•Rub rim of rocks glass with lime and dip in salt mixed with orange zest
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Pour over ice in glass
