런던에서의 마지막 생맥주를 위해 저는 킬 더 캣이라는 환상적인 병가게에 갔어요. 이름을 물어봤어야 했네요 그들은 단지 세 번의 탭만 가지고 있었고 그들은 모두 훌륭해 봤어요. 하지만 제 눈길을 사로잡은 것은 트랙 브루잉의 '투게더 앳 라스트'였어요. 네, 또 다른 TIPA이지만 Cloudwater의 것만큼 좋았어요. 그것은 거의 쓴맛이 없는 완전히 벨벳해고 부드러웠어요.
주인들 또한 환상적이었고, 필요한 조언과 도움을 기꺼이 줬어요. 다시 갈 수 있었으면 좋았을 텐데요. 다음에 런던에 가면요.
노트: 느껴지는 느낌, 홉스, 부드러운, 크림같은, 헤이지, 그리고 과일 맛.

For my last draft beer in London I went to this fantastic bottleshop called Kill the Cat. Maybe I should have asked about the name. They only had the traps and they all looked excellent. But the one that caught my eye was Together at Last from Track Brewing. Yes it’s another TIPA, but it was just as good as Cloudwater’s. Just utterly smooth and velvety with bitterness so low you’d think it was at 1.
The owners were fantastic as well, willing to give any advice and help needed. I wish I could have gone again. Maybe next time I’m in London.
