Wine Reviews

Domaine Henri Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru "Clos Des Porrets St-Georges" 2017

On the nose, there were some wild strawberries, bright cherries, jam, clove, sweet spice, candied yoghurt. On the palate, there was candied blackberry yoghurt, black cherries, sweet baking spice, clove, wild strawberries, cinnamon, allspice, fruitcake, zesty fruit, some complexity, jam, sweetness, sweet spice, licorice, elegant. Probably not a deep hitter - it was easy drinking from the start and it got a bit acidic as the night went on.

A pretty approachable NSG that can be drunk now.
