Park90 Expands to Pan Pacific Orchard, Unveiling Singapore’s First Sommelier Led Hotel Wine Programme

Park90 is relocating to Pan Pacific Orchard, anchoring Singapore’s first luxury hotel wine programme managed, curated, and led entirely by an independent sommelier team.
Spanning iconic estates like Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Screaming Eagle alongside rare vintages and hidden gems, guests can draw from an extraordinary global collection across all dining, private events, and stays.
At the heart of the programme is a curated portfolio of over 1,000 labels representing the world’s premier viticultural regions - from First Growth Bordeaux and Grand Cru Burgundy to cult Californians, grower Champagnes, and rare library vintages.
Iconic allocations from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Coche-Dury, Domaine Armand Rousseau, and Screaming Eagle anchor the collection, complemented by coveted releases from dynamic producers such as Antica Terra, 00 Wines, Jérôme Prévost, and Bérêche et Fils.
Carefully assembled over years of sourcing, the cellar offers exceptional breadth and depth for seasoned collectors, curious enthusiasts, and novices alike.

Guests may also experience Screaming Eagle Flight 2011 exclusively by the glass. Made possible through a special arrangement with the winery for select leading restaurants and bars, the wine is strictly unavailable for bottle consumption, offering rare access to an iconic label in a more immediate and approachable format.
Joining Park90 as Joint Head Sommelier, Singapore, Advanced Sommelier Zhen Jie New will work alongside Terry Lim, Joint Head Sommelier, Singapore. Terry, who has been with Park90 since 2019.
Guiding the team regionally is Justin Ho, Regional Head Sommelier, an award winning sommelier and hospitality educator.
The leadership team will also shape Park90's programme in Singapore and support the brand's forthcoming launches in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.

Cuisine Behind The Wine
Built around the cellar, the dining program features Neo-French cuisine developed alongside Michelin-starred Chef Michael Wilson. Dishes are tailored specifically to complement fine wine, while a rotating by-the-glass lineup encourages ongoing exploration.
Crafted alongside Shin Gi Tai’s Anthony Zhong, Park90’s cocktail menu translates the world of wine into mixed drinks. Classics are reinterpreted using wine-led spirits and bases—spanning the Malbec-driven 90 Pointer to Right Bank, a Cognac and port twist on the Old Fashioned.
