Ishinomaki Group hosts their first open bar pairing! Held in the group's first and headline restaurant Ishinomaki, the open bar pairing will feature over 250 sakes, wines and beers with 40 different canapé dishes.

The open bar tasting will be held in Ishinomaki Grill & Sake restaurant, at B1 of Palais Renaissance, across two sessions from 4pm - 6pm & 7pm - 9pm. Janice, co-founder of Ishinomaki Group, hopes to make the open bar tasting an annual affair in the following years. Ticket prices are $52.30, tax included.

Ishinomaki Group, helmed by sake sommelier Janice Chi and Chef Chi Hin Pan, specialises in importing sakes and pairing Japanese cuisine with their sake selection. Starting with the Ishinomaki restaurant in 2014, they have since expanded and opened Ki Teppan & Rogama and table 33 adjacent of each another within the same floor.

This year, Ishinomaki Group has also expanded and opened Setsuri, a Japanese grillhouse that features selected shochu and four styles of Japanese grilling techniques under one roof: genshiyaki, warayaki, robatayaki, and rogama styles (read our review of the place here!).
