Located in the vibrant heart of the Bugis neighborhood, Dimple boasts an intimate and cozy interior. This new, independent bar focuses on serving unique cocktails infused with Hong Kong flavors, paying homage to the heritage and culture there.

With seating for just 30 guests, DIMPLE offers a cosy, inviting space where
relationships flourish over exquisite drinks. The bar’s cocktail menu, crafted by
Singapore industry veteran Head Bartender Marcus Liow, showcases 14 signature cocktails inspired by the Chinese principles of love, harmony, and abundance. The drinks at DIMPLE celebrate fresh, seasonal fruits to create balanced, flavourful concoctions that highlight the hero spirit in each glass.

Inside Dimple: What's On the Drink Menu

A highlight of the bar’s cocktail menu would be the Passionfruit Martini, a refreshing tipple made with Tanqueray No 10 Gin, mint, passionfruit oolong-infused dry sake, and citrus, topped with house-made passionfruit & sea salt foam. Another standout would be the Mango Spicy Margarita, using a mix of Don Ramon Reposado Tequila, mango peel oleo saccharum, and a hint of bird’s eye chili, balanced with house-made salted caramel and a mango and lime sorbet for a zesty finish.

According to Head Bartender Marcus Liow, “In traditional Asian folklore, dimples are symbols of good fortune and prosperity. At DIMPLE, those ‘small impressions’ are the smiles that guests take with them as they leave—always glad they came and eager to return, perhaps with new friends.”

DIMPLE is now open Tuesday through Saturday, from 5 PM to midnight, with plans to close on Sundays and Mondays. Follow @dimple._sg on Instagram for updates and sneak peeks into this new Purvis Street gem.
